In 2003, Lee Kricher became the Senior Pastor of Amplify Church, an aging church in the eastern suburbs of Pittsburgh that was in dire need of revitalization. During the following years, the church not only experienced significant growth, it was transformed into a "New Generation Church" - a church with attendees whose average age is at least as young as the average age of the community in which the church exists.

Lee's four decades of leadership experience in both the church and corporate worlds give him a unique perspective on how to apply proven change leadership principles in the church. In addition to serving as a Senior Pastor, Lee also served as Vice President of Leadership Development for Development Dimensions International (DDI), one of the premier leadership consulting firms in the world. He has earned a Master's Degree from Fuller Theological Seminary and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.

Lee serves as a guest speaker at various conferences. He also facilitates 1-3 day Change Leadership Workshops for individual churches or groups of churches.  These workshops are designed to kick-start the change process for churches committed to better connect with or stay connected with the next generation.

Linda Kricher is a Change Leadership Coach who is devoted to helping churches to successfully implement the strategies covered in For a New Generation. Linda was a vital part of the revitalization of Amplify Church, helping to shape the strategies that transformed that dying church into a healthy, growing church where all generations are well represented.

In addition to her role as a catalyst leader in the turnaround of Amplify Church, Linda served as Vice President of Human Resources for McKesson, Inc., where she managed a group of 60 Human Resources Directors, Managers and Associates, providing HR services for 5000 employees across North America.

Linda and her husband, Lee, serve together as Associate Trainers for EQUIP, a not-for-profit organization led by John Maxwell that focuses on developing leaders outside of the United States. Linda earned an MBA from Regent University and her Doctorate from Pennsylvania State University.

I have found that many are living inside an imaginary fence. You probably have more leeway than you think to make changes in your church.
